Anchoring only to bluestone is not recommended. If there is concrete underneath it would be best to run the anchor through the blue stone and in to the concreate. This would require a 5 or 6” anchor/bolt. If there isn’t concrete below the blue stone you would want to core a hole through the blue stone and set. Always check your local building codes for post installation requirements.
