I live on the Oregon Coast and was tired of wooden decks and railings that needed constant maintenance and too quick replacement. I paired their railings with high quality composite decking for many years of low maintenance usefulness. And the results are much better looking than wood ever could be. Online ordering was easier than I expected and all the posts and railing panels arrived just as ordered and undamaged. My only complaint was the outrageous price for a can of matching touch-up spray paint. Otherwise I fully recommend GreatFence.

Placing the order online is so easy and the product was delivered as promised promptly. I purchased gates and fences two times so for. The price was reasonable and the quality of the product was satisfactory. I would definitely purchase again from this place in the future. On my first order there was a small dent on one of the gates and this company replaced the gate without any cost. I did not have to talk to anyone because everything could be done on their website itself.
Very happy with my GreatFence, it has held up perfectly 1.5 years later. Order processing was easy, I filled up the cart with all the components I thought I needed then called customer service to confirm I was ordering the right stuff. The lead time given at time of order was 12 weeks, the product was delivered by pallet exactly 12 weeks later.I hired 2 helpers who have installed steel/ aluminum fences before for the install. Their experience helped mostly with the gate install. Installing panels is pretty easy.

Strong at every point from the gate itself to the hinges.Customer service is exceptional. My husband and i are in our 60's and were able to put it up with no problem. Delivery takes a while but it's custom built and well worth the wait. I've never dealt with any other company that puts so much detail and craftsmanship into their work.
