Im about a year late on this review but I’ll say the fence looks just as good today as it did the day(s) I installed it. Minus the bird droppings of course. Installation was easier than i thought it would be. Set a post, used bungie cords to hold the panel in place, set the next one, screw panel to post and so on. Panels and posts were easy to work with and the and result is great. Neighbors love it as much as we do.

They guarantee there work. I had a few items not ship, but I had a very complicated order. The made good with everything. Their product is excellent. It assembles easily and is beautiful. The biggest hassle is the long wait for the product to arrive. Be sure to plan on that.

Our GreatFence was originally installed over 10 years ago. I recently had a tree fall and damaged a section of the fence, so I went online and ordered a new replacement section. Unfortunately, the original color, GREEN, was no longer an option. In my order, I included a note about my interest in finding a GREEN solution.

Ronny, from support, emailed me to say that while GREEN is no longer in production, he could send me a full section in WHITE and a couple of spray cans of GREEN paint at no additional cost.

The parts and the paint showed up within a few days of one another. And, the color was a really good match. If you find that you are in the same predicament or need to touch of your GREEN GreatFence, these are the paint specs:

We LOVE our gate from GreatFence. We went with Estate Gate, U Frame Style with Alternating Spear top and Puppy Pickets. They custom made it to the exact size we needed to fit in between our posts already in place. We upgraded to the heavier duty "Industrial" version so it is extra strong and durable, yet it is still light because it's aluminum. The Satin Bronze finish is beautiful and it's powder coated so the paint extra resistant to chipping and rust, but GreatFence offers lifetime warranty against rust. They turned around our custom order in a short amount of time. For the size, style and design of the fence, we were very happy with the price. We are so happy to have found them and feel like we got a better fence at a better price than any of the other options we looked at online. Highly recommend them for your gate and fence needs. We certainly will again if we ever need to order another custom gate.

Very happy with my GreatFence, it has held up perfectly 1.5 years later. Order processing was easy, I filled up the cart with all the components I thought I needed then called customer service to confirm I was ordering the right stuff. The lead time given at time of order was 12 weeks, the product was delivered by pallet exactly 12 weeks later.

I hired 2 helpers who have installed steel/ aluminum fences before for the install. Their experience helped mostly with the gate install. Installing panels is pretty easy.

AWESOME FANTASTIC BEAUTIFUL!!!
This gate exceeded my expectations on so many levels. It's beautifully made. A perfect fit. Strong at every point from the gate itself to the hinges.
Customer service is exceptional. My husband and i are in our 60's and were able to put it up with no problem. Delivery takes a while but it's custom built and well worth the wait. I've never dealt with any other company that puts so much detail and craftsmanship into their work.
