In general, under federal law, you will not be liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. In the unlikely event that you are subject to fraudulent charges, remember to first notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. We also accept personal checks and money orders. Please note that payment via check or money order will require us to receive and deposit the full amount prior to fully processing your order for fabrication, packaging and shipment.

Please note: Checks returned unpaid by your financial institution are subject to a Service Charge of $25 or the maximum allowed by law. Checks returned for insufficient or uncollected funds, together with Services Charges, may be debited electronically from your account.



Damaged Items:

In the unlikely event that there are damaged items to your order, please take a couple of digital pictures and e-mail them to us at info@GreatFence.com.  We need these so that we (not you) can file a claim against the carrier and expedite your replacement items.  Also, you will need to contact us immediately regarding any issues of damage in your shipment.  Great Fence Distributors or any of the freight carriers will not be liable for any damage claims made more than 15 days after the delivery date of your shipment.



Manufacturer Warranty:

All new products purchased at Great Fence Distributors are supplied with original manufacturer limited lifetime warranty.  This warranty includes workmanship, materials and the paint finish which is guaranteed not to crack, peel, blister or rust for the life of the product.

 

Cancel an order:

We are committed to shipping your order as quickly as possible. In the event that you wish to cancel this order, the cancellation must take place within 24 hours from the time the order was placed.  We are unable to cancel your order after this time period because your order is already in the fulfillment process. You can contact us at 866-869-8940 or e-mail us at info@GreatFence.com.  Furthermore, changes to any order after it has been processed cannot be done.

 

Return Policy:

Our aluminum fence and aluminum pool fence products are of the highest quality available in the market.  In fact, we have NEVER had a client return any of our fencing products because they were unsatisfied with the quality of the material or the workmanship of the material.  However, should you wish to return any purchased products, you MUST follow these steps:  1)  Contact Great Fence Distributors by e-mail regarding the items you wish to return and why, 2)  Ship your aluminum fencing to: Specrail, 333 Welton Street, Hamden, Connecticut, 06517, 3)  You MUST provide the ground freight TRACKING Number to Great Fence Distributors via e-mail as soon as it ships.  Omitting this step WILL void this return policy.  4) Please package any opened items extremely well. Your aluminum fencing materials must be received in good condition.  4)  Once received and inspected in good condition, we will refund the entire amount of your order minus a 25% restocking fee required by the manufacturer.  5)  Our return policy is valid for 30 days, starting on the day your order was originally delivered,  6)  No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Great Fence Distributors.  7)  Custom items cannot be returned.

 

Missing Items:

Although a rare occurrence, should any items be missing from your order you must contact Great Fence Distributors regarding same within fifteen (15) days of receiving your order.  Please make sure you have opened and inspected ALL of the boxes in your shipment.  Especially in regards to post caps....they should be in one of your boxes.  Please also refer to your order confirmation (not the packing slip) so you can expeditiously "check off" the items in your shipment.  If after you have fully inspected all of the boxes, you believe an item is missing...please fax (310-564-1928 ) your packing slip to us along with the details of the incident.  After we have investigated the matter, and concluded that an item is missing, we will then expedite replacement items to you.

 

Scheduling:

We strongly recommend that you do not schedule installation until after you have received your shipment.
