R e s i d e n t i a l - W i d e (single-swing) Gate - STYLE 3

STYLE 3 single-swing gates are a fancier version of Style 9 with intermittent exposed vertical pickets.

Elegant and strong, STYLE 3 is popular for swimming pool barriers because it complies with BOCA swimming pool requirements at 54 inches in height or higher.

NOTE: you must specify during checkout that you want this style to be BOCA pool compliant. We lower the bottom horizontal rail (at no additional cost) to meet BOCA’s strict child safety spacing requirements.  See: Pool Fence.

GRADE 2: Residential-WIDE gates have larger vertical pickets (1"wide x 5/8" deep) and the spacing between the pickets increases to 4 inches.

This gate will swing in or out; you get to decide (on-site) during the installation of the gate hinges.

STYLE 3 gates come standard with ornamental pressed spears.  Decorative finials (cast aluminum, not plastic) can be added at an additional cost.

ALL Residential-Wide single-swing gates include self-closing hinges, hardware and a standard gate latch. Optional gate locks are available.

You must order 2 gate posts for this gate unless you plan on column mounting the gate. You could column-mount this gate if you wish to, however, you will need to order 2 gate hinge back plates.

This gate will match the number of horizontal rails on any fence panels that you order. For example, if you order a 72 inch high Residential, STYLE 3 Fence Panels with 4 – horizontal rails, this gate will also have 4 horizontal rails to match your fence panels.
