Magna Lock (BOCA Pool Compliant - 2 piece set)

Magna Lock is a child safety gate lock and can be installed on all of our single-swing and double-swing aluminum gates.
 

This area is for ordering our child-safety, BOCA Swimming Pool Compliant Magna Lock in lieu of the standard latch.
 

The Magna Lock can be installed whereby it extends above any 48" gate to meet BOCA's 54 inch height rule for the release knob. 


54" high gates (or higher) do not require extra height extension.  Always check with either your Home Owner's Association or local building codes and restrictions for any particular pool fencing restrictions in your jurisdiction.
 

We recommend this lock for any gate going around any swimming pool irrespective of whether or not your home is in a "BOCA" jurisdiction.
 

This product is self-locking and will magnetize when your gate closes and the 2 piece system connects.  Piece 1 is the Latch Body which is the long stem piece.  Piece 2 is the Striker Body.  The Latch Body and Striker Body are interchangeable.
