COMMERCIAL grade (single-swing) Gate - STYLE 3

STYLE 3 is just the new standard of durability in the new millennium.  Elegant and bold, this gate makes a statement.  It also meets BOCA's strict swimming pool fence spacing requirements at 54 inches or higher. 

Perfect for all commercial applications such as retail centers, malls, parks, schools.  This commercial grade gate is also very popular in higher-end homes.

Grade 3: Commercial aluminum fencing and gate system has ¾” x ¾” vertical pickets and a much larger and thicker horizontal rail, than used in our residential grade fencing and gate systems.

Self Closing Hinges are included with all single swing gates up to 6' wide.  Heavy Duty Gate Hinges are included with all double swing gates 7' or wider.

Posts are not automatically included with this gate.  Please review our easy-to-use Post Lengths chart to determine the size post you need.

You must order 2 gate posts for this gate unless you plan on column mounting the gate. You could column-mount this gate if you wish to, however, you will need to order 2 gate hinge back plates.

This gate will swing in or out; you get to decide on-site by virtue of how you install the included gate hinges.

This gate will match the number of horizontal rails on any fence panels that you order. For example, if you order a 4 foot high Grade 3, STYLE 3, 3 horizontal rail FENCE PANEL, this gate will also have 3 horizontal rails to match your fence panels.

All Commercial single-swing gates (with exposed pickets) come standard with ornamental pressed spears fabricated onto the top of each vertical picket. Flat Caps (plugged on the top of each vertical picket) are available at no additional charge. Cast aluminum decorative finials are also available at an additional charge.

Matching fence panels and wider double-swing gates are available.  If this is for a pool application, don't forget to order the child safety gate lock for swimming pools: the Magna Lock.
